DRAWSPACE - 2nd Annual Drawing Exhibition
Submission Guidelines

All artists (emerging or established) are welcome to apply for the 1st edition of our annual drawing exhibition titled DRAWSPACE, which will take place at Oasi space for visual experimentations in Limassol – Cyprus, from 28 March - 11 April 2026.

Submission is free.

Artistic discipline is restricted to only DRAWING on paper and not exceeding the size of A3.

There is no thematic limitation.

Submitted drawings must have been created from 2020 onward.

Submitted drawings can have been previously exhibited or published.

Artists can apply with up to 3 drawings.

The submission deadline is 15 January 2026.

Approximately 40 drawings will be selected.
Announcement
-
Selected artists will be announced on social media and on our Oasi website by 31January 2026.

Selected artists will be contacted individually by email.

Artists that are not selected will not be individually contacted.

Submitted images of the drawings must not be less than 300 dpi and not over 2MB. All common formats are accepted.

Images of drawings may be chosen and published on our social media to promote the exhibition. Permission for posting the drawings on our social media, website, and for press publication, is automatically granted by the artist when a drawing is submitted.

Drawings and artist details will be published on the Oasi website for the duration of one year.

For drawings that are for sale, prices need to be provided upon submission. If the artist does not wish to sell the drawings, they will be exhibited as “not for sale”.

Oasi retains 10% commission on sales during the exhibition to cover basic cost.
Transport of drawings

Selected drawings can be shipped in advance or delivered by hand directly to the venue. We will send the designated shipping address, as well as detailed shipping guidance for international artists, in due course.

All drawings must arrive to the designated address by 1 March 2026.

Transport costs to and from the venue are the responsibility of the artist.
Return of drawings

For the return of drawings to artists (that were not sold), we repack the drawing in its original packaging. Once the work is packed, we will provide quotes for return shipping.

After the exhibition ends, drawings must be collected and collection must be organised within 4 weeks of an artist being informed that the drawing is ready for pickup. Drawings that are not collected within 4-weeks (of an artist being notified that the drawing is ready for collection) are donated by the artist to Oasi, unless other arrangements have been made.
